The Forest The Black Forest can be found in the eastern region of Necromania. The river of Stragyr, springing in the Black mountains and flowing through the Forest, irrigates the trees with ancient magic force. Secular revived trees let nobody who has disrupted their dark magic circle find the way out. They form a moving impenetrable wall with their 'bodies', trunks and branches. Moreover, a dense cloud of lethal haze rises from the poisoned ground day and night, and even the hard-bitten warrior may get lost. The magic forest is home to malevolent snakes, which can get close to their victims in a second and poison their body with potent venom. However, the Melchors - wandering souls of dead warriors, are the real masters of the forest. A single touch of a Melchor's claw can sap all the energy of an unwelcome guest. The magic energy of enemies is then stored in sacred columns - bersars. The stone bersars transform it into lethal ash - and only a lunatic would try its lethal effects on themselves. It would definitely be his or her last moment in Necromania…
